Client management

Open one client record and see the context for the next studio decision.

Keep contact details, booking context, visit history, membership access, fitness information, and internal notes close to the schedule.

Mojo provides an operational client record for studio work. It is not a sales CRM with pipelines, lead scoring, tasks, or omnichannel conversation history.

Free for 15 days with no credit card required, then €10/month.

The owner-side record

Keep identity, activity, and the next booking in the same view.

The record combines the information an owner needs before booking, editing access, or preparing for the next visit.

A Mojo client record with contact details, visit and spend context, next booking, fitness information, and notes
A real client profile with contact details, visit context, next booking, fitness information, and notes.
  1. 01

    Recognize the client

Name, active or archived state, email, phone, address, date of birth, and city remain on the studio record.

  2. 02

    Read operational context

Total attended visits, membership-plan value, first and last attended visit, and the next confirmed or in-review booking are visible together.

  3. 03

    Carry preparation notes

Fitness level, medical conditions, and internal notes help the studio prepare without placing them on the public booking page.

What the record connects

Move from profile to the studio workflow that needs it.

The client record is valuable because it connects to real bookings and memberships rather than becoming a second contact database.

  1. 01

    Book the next session

An active client can be carried into the owner event form, while the profile continues to show the next eligible booking.

  2. 02

    Inspect memberships

The Memberships tab holds active plan balances and connected-purchase context without crowding the profile.

  3. 03

    Archive without losing history

A client can be archived only when future bookings no longer block the action, and the archived record can later be restored.

Client management questions

What information can the studio keep on a client? +
The profile supports name, email, phone, date of birth, address, city, country, fitness level, medical conditions, and internal notes. The studio decides what it is appropriate to collect.
What counts as a visit? +
The profile's total, first, and last visit values are based on attendance records marked attended for that studio.
What does lifetime spend mean? +
The current figure sums the prices of the client's recorded memberships. It is useful membership context, not a complete accounting or payment-ledger total.
Can the studio archive a client with future bookings? +
No. Confirmed, in-review, or waitlisted future bookings block archiving until those bookings are resolved.
Is this a sales CRM? +
No. Mojo does not provide deal pipelines, lead scoring, sales tasks, or a unified inbox. The client record is designed around booking, attendance, memberships, and studio preparation.
