How do I set up a new group session?
Navigate to the Group Sessions tab in Mojo, click “Create Session,” then enter the session name, date, time, capacity, description, and any waitlist options. Once you save and publish, your session will appear on your public booking page immediately.
Can I limit the number of attendees?
Absolutely. When creating or editing a session, simply set the maximum number of attendees. Mojo will automatically close bookings at that limit and manage the class size for you.
How does the waitlist work?
If a session reaches capacity, clients can opt into a waitlist. As soon as someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist receives an automatic notification and can claim the open spot with a single click.
Can clients book from their phones?
Yes! Your public booking page and Mojo's interface are fully responsive, so clients can reserve spots, join waitlists, and receive reminders directly from any smartphone or tablet.
What happens if a session is full?
When a class is full, new clients see the “Join Waitlist” option. They'll receive an alert the moment a spot opens up, ensuring your sessions stay as full as possible without manual tracking.
