Instructor connection
Two calendar paths
One page. Two different handoffs.
Instructor sync and client add-to-calendar solve different jobs. Mojo keeps the boundary visible.
- Instructor sync
- A connected instructor's eligible events create or update in Google Calendar after Mojo saves them.
- Client add-to-calendar
- A confirmed booking page opens a prefilled Google Calendar event for the client to add.
- .ics attachment
- Supported status-change and reminder emails include a standards-based calendar file.
Instructor workflow
Save the session in Mojo. Send the supported lifecycle to Google.
The instructor first connects a Google account. Mojo then creates or updates the matching Google event when an eligible assigned event is saved.

- Created after the event is saved
- Updated after later eligible saves
- Marked cancelled for supported event states
-
01
Connect
The instructor connects a Google account from their own Mojo profile.
-
02
Create or update
A new assigned event creates a Google event; later eligible saves update that same event.
-
03
Carry cancellation state
Cancelled private or group sessions, and completed group sessions, are marked cancelled in the synced event.
Client handoff
A confirmed client adds a calendar copy in one tap.
This is a client action, separate from the instructor's connected-account sync.

They tap Add to Google Calendar on the page or open the .ics attachment in a supported booking email.
-
4
Their calendar receives a copy
The client controls that calendar item. It is not a continuously synchronized subscription.
Shown for a confirmed public booking. Client add-to-calendar does not activate instructor synchronization.
From a studio manager
The useful detail is right where the booking finishes.
"The add-to-calendar button right on the booking page makes it so simple for clients and my staff. Mojo just thinks of the details so I don't have to."
