Automated email reminders
Give tomorrow's confirmed clients the details they need.
Mojo checks confirmed bookings for the following day, skips waitlisted and cancelled clients, and sends each eligible client a branded email with the session details, your studio note, and an .ics calendar file.
Free for 15 days with no credit card required, then €10/month.
Delivered reminder
Eligibility and delivery
The reminder follows the confirmed booking.
The workflow is automatic, but its boundaries stay clear.

1
The studio enables reminder emails
The owner controls reminder delivery from the business notification settings and can add one reusable email note.
-
2
The client has a confirmed booking
Only confirmed attendances are eligible. In-review, waitlisted, cancelled, attended, and no-show records are not selected by the reminder job.
-
3
The session is scheduled for the following day
Mojo repeatedly checks the next calendar day during its scheduled delivery window and selects eligible bookings that have not been marked reminded.
-
4
The email is delivered and marked
The client receives the session details and event.ics attachment. Once marked sent, that attendance is excluded from later routine checks.
Reminder delivery is email-only today. The sent timestamp prevents routine repeat selection; it is not a promise of exactly-once delivery by every email provider.
Owner control
Turn reminders on once. Keep the studio note useful.
The business setting controls eligibility for the automatic job. The same reusable note appears in reminder and supported booking-status emails.

01
Choose whether reminders run
The owner can enable or disable automatic reminder emails for the business.
-
02
Write one practical note
Add arrival guidance, preparation details, or equipment instructions without rewriting every session.
-
03
Keep delivery separate from attendance
The reminder helps the client prepare; the studio still records attendance from the session roster.
From a studio instructor
The best reminder workflow is the one the team does not rebuild each day.
Our no-show rate dropped dramatically once we set up automatic reminders. It just runs.
